The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment required. Several factors determine the extent of treatment including the number of canals within a tooth and the complexity of the situation. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. Because of the unique nature of our practice and the specialized kinds of cases we treat, an accurate estimate of the costs involved is only possible following a comprehensive examination.

Payment for endodontic services is due in full at the time treatment is initiated unless other arrangements have been made prior to the appointment date. For your convenience, we accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We also accept CareCredit, the nation's leading patient payment plan. As a courtesy to you we will make every effort to estimate the amount your insurance will cover and to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Your estimated portion will be due at the time treatment is initiated and we will file your insurance claim for you.

Please realize that insurance companies routinely indicate that verbal coverage verification over the phone does not guarantee payment from the insurance company.  We use the information provided by your insurance company to estimate your out-of-pocket portion of payment. When payment from your insurance company is received and applied to your account, any balance due will be billed to you and any overpayment will be refunded.
